  1. Some side effects take time to overcome. The key is to not give up too soon. I understand about the headaches and often suffer from migraines myself. Just make sure that you are drinking plenty of water (64 oz recommended minimum) and if you are trying to cut something like caffeine cold turkey, go back to it and then slowly wean yourself off. Also, try not to think about the headache you might get in the afternoon when you are doing your morning routine. I know that sounds funny, but psyching yourself out for the headache might actually make it arrive. You might also want to try some NSAID regimens such as Tylenol or Motrin an hour or so before you actually get the headache and see if you can head it off at the pass.

    I know the side effects can be rough, but at the same time, you wouldn’t be on the medication if you didn’t need it. Give it time and your best effort. 🙂 I’ll be praying for you!
