I’ve been feeling in a pretty dark mood lately, mostly because of being virtually housebound through illness and weather. I’m coming out of it now. Hope you do as well.
My psychiatrist told me there are studies indicating taking Vitamin D supplements may be helpful during the winter months. Perhaps you could talk to your health care provider about it??
