All but one person has resumed a fairly normal life after therapy. They use exposure therapy to get people through the anxiety to the other side. We only see part of the picture, but I&#039;m sure there&#039;s lots of therapy and perhaps medication for the participants too.

It&#039;s worth your time to watch.</description>

		<description>I was actually watching the show the other day. I think they did a relatively decent job explaining that OCD behavior really can be seriously impairing to people&#039;s lives. The therapists did a good job explaining what the person was thinking and how that thinking needed to be corrected.

I don&#039;t know if I&#039;ll be an avid viewer, but I wouldn&#039;t mind watching it from time to time.</description>
