I hate to admit it that it works. I have fibromyalgia and it makes exercise hard and sometimes impossible. And some days, most, I'm too depressed to take that first step towards movement. Yet, yesterday I finally did and I feel 10 times better today. Of course, it's raining today so my plan to go biking has been thwarted, but for what it's worth, yesterday's movement has made for a better day today.
